The basic structure of our website has been created. Next week, our alpha test will take place with different test subjects. We want to get feedback on our application through a "thinking aloud": Our test subjects use the website, while they voice their thoughts aloud and give us important information on improvement opportunities. Over the weekend amidst the snow covered Bad Tölz, we presented our initial findings and draft research questions. We defined our core problem - Children have a lack of understanding and knowledge about scientific thinking. We had very productive sessions which kept us motivated for the next phase. [read more]

We have now found a student assistant who will program our app/website! We are looking forward to the collaboration and are curious about the result. Team SciCom has begun conducting interviews. Over the last few weeks, we met with politicians from the Green party and SPD as well as with an NGO.
