The Kick-Off seminar has left us with more goals and ideas for our project than we could pursue within 20 months.
Therefore, we were eager to get an overview of the most pressuring dimensions of uncertainty farmers face worldwide.

During November and December, each of our team members focused on a specific subtopic for their individual literature research, before we summarised those results in our situational analysis paper.

In addition, we created a short video in which we presented the outcome of our preliminary literature investigation in the style of a news broadcast, to outline the current main focus of our project work.
Trying to vividly depict some of the most coercing fears that farmers typically deal with, we also included a modern, topic-related rendition of a famous nursery rhyme. Our video will be found on the TUMJA YouTube channel.

Over the course of the next months, we will prioritize the dimensions of uncertainty we want to investigate in more detail and find a more specific research question. Moreover, we plan to meet with topic experts and stakeholders in order to further advance our analyses.
