Our Project
Stress-related beliefs may contribute to the potential discrepancy between subjective and objective stress levels. This study aims to assess stress levels in university students and to analyse the associations between stress mindset, self reported stress and physiological stress responses.
Building on this, our study focuses on the following research questions:
- How does individual stress perception and stress mindset relate to the potential discrepancy between perceived stress and biological measured stress markers in university students?
- How does the “StressLess” intervention influence the gap between perceived stress and biologically measured stress markers in university students?
