On November 2, we, team Somnoactive, started our study aiming to create an effective routine that promotes regular and improved sleep and, therefore, overall well-being. We have distributed our Consent, Questionnaires, and Sleep Trackers to all participants. We look forward to the data from our participants and will analyze what it shows and proves concerning our hypothesis.
