TUM4Mind: Staying relaxed during the exam phase

The topic of mental health plays a major role for all students, especially in times of Corona. At the end of the semester, the TUM Student Advisory Service is once again offering the program "TUM4MIND - Relaxed into the Examination Phase" from 1st to 12th August. We wish you good success and many interesting impressions!

Take a deep breath and calm down!

Starting on August 1st TUM4Mind will support you with five different relaxation workshops such as yoga, meditation and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction in German and English.

The workshops will take place via Zoom and are free of charge for TUM students.
