Finally, after 4 months of project work, we decided that the time for a real group meeting had come – the first one besides the Kick-off weekend. We met at our “local branch” in Zürich, where we first did some team-finding on extremely foggy ski slopes and then two days of work and discussions about our aims, goals and the group dynamics.
To sum up the outcome: We will deepen our analysis of the current situation at TUM concerning evaluation of lectures for the next months. In summer, we will decide which measures we could implement for improving the as-is state based on the obtained results.
