Cross Challenge: Pigeons, Deafs, and Slime Blops

Veranstaltung |

The first year of the Cross Challenge as cooperation between TUM and the three art colleges in Munich (HFF, HMTM, and ADBK) is entering its fourth and final month.

The sixteen participants in the innovative course format are all students enrolled at one of the four partner universities.

They split up into three projects:

  1. "Coexistence – Pigeons in the City",
  2. "I Hear You", and
  3. "How to Make a Blop Happy!"

During their exceptional journey, they are accompanied by the four representatives of the partner universities: Dr. Susanne Witzgall (ADBK), Daniel Lang (HFF), Dr. Tobias Reichert (HMTM), and Peter Finger (TUM).

The research questions have been developed by the participants after thorough research. It is precisely the interdisciplinary approach that makes the pilot so valuable, which not only strengthens the exchange between the four universities in Maxvorstadt but also promotes the students' mutual perspective and perception in a unique way.

A total of seven students and doctoral candidates from TUM and nine others from the three partner universities are taking part. The program is financed by TUM.
